Artisans International Inc was formed in 2003 with the purpose of bringing international artists to a broad audience of art appreciators. Our hope is that the techniques and expressions of artists will be shared with a world-wide audience. The artists express themselves through their chosen media and our customers then present the artist's message in their homes.

Artisans International has over 45 artists/groups representing 25 countries. Several of the artist groups are non-profit co-ops organized to assist women in gaining economic independence. Bronwyn Mason, owner and founder of Artisans International, believes strongly in the need to support artists in order for them to have the financial freedom to pursue their creative expressions. “I look for artists who work in the traditional techniques of their country, but create their work with a contemporary view. That takes the artists’ native craft to the next level where people want it in their homes because it fits their lifestyle for today”.

We work directly with the artists in order to communicate their intention and to understand the materials and techniques that go into their work. We will provide you with their message in our catalog along with examples of their work. Each piece is one of a kind. However, if you have a special request for a similar item shown in our catalog, we are more than happy to fulfill your request.

We moved into a gallery store-front in April, 2006 and we are now able to provide a broader assortment of artwork than before. The gallery is located in Minden, Nevada at 1653 Lucerne St, Suite B in Minden Village.
