Shipping
Artisans International Inc ships all orders using UPS Ground Service or US Mail. Shipments will arrive within 10 to 14 business days (excluding week-ends and holidays).
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and generally shipped within 72 hours of receipt of order. During the busier seasons, please allow a little extra time to process your order.
We will notify you by e-mail when your order is shipped so you can track its progress.
Multiple Address Shipments
If you wish to ship to more than one address for multiple items, we will process the orders as two different shipments for the purpose of calculating shipping costs.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the shipment. Shipping charges are included in the price of the item. If we are shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States, we will contact you with the additional shipping charges to be added to your payment.
Insurance
All items are insured for the full value and is included in the price.
Payment Methods
Artisans International Inc currently uses Paypal as our secure on line method of processing credit card payments. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We are currently unable to accept payments of cash, checks or money orders over the web-site.
Return Policy
Artisans International Inc wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any item within 7 days of receipt to Artisans International Inc for a full refund (minus shipping and insurance costs). Exceptions to the return policy are special requests. Please contact cs@artisansinternationalinc.com for an authorization number prior to returning an item. A refund will be credited to your account once it has been received at our facility.
Please include the returned package with your name, address, order confirmation number, and a copy of the original packing slip along with your returned merchandise. Please return your merchandise to the address listed below:
